Our client is from architectural & engineering services industry. They are looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.
Duties:
- Manage complete accounting records and ensure prompt submission of managerial reports.
- Compile financial statements and cash flow analyses to facilitate critical decision-making.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure accurate forecasts and budgets.
- Coordinate audit and tax-related activities, maintaining communication with auditors and tax agents.
- Oversee reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
- Regularly submit GST and other statutory reports as mandated.
- Aid in system enhancements and implementations.
- Assist in both external and internal audit processes.
- Prepare financial statements for two corporate entities.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to regional and global headquarters.
- Perform miscellaneous financial tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in relevant field
- Min 4 years of prior experience in Audit firm
- Prior experience in relevant industry is a bonus
