Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing of Purchase Orders
- Preparation of Invoices
- Follow up and monitor customer’s complaints and overdue payment
- General clerical duties, including filing, a compilation of reports as and when required.
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors.
- Support and follow-up for sales activities.
- Responds to any customer inquiry
- Follow up with suppliers on price negotiation, offers and/ or existing customer orders.
- Liaise with logistics team with matters pertaining to importation and exportation.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Accomplishes the organisation’s mission by completing related results as needed.
- Liaise with finance team on any sales and purchase related matters.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years and above of sales administrative experience
- Good skill communication and coordination
- Computer literate – MS Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Documentation Skills, Basic knowledge about customs clearing and importing is ideal
