Responsibilities
- Play an active role in coordinating delivery orders such as corporate orders and branches deliveries nationwide.
- Track, analyse and review data for campaign.
- Partner management: Pitching, end to end journey for corporate QR Gift service
- Perform corporate related activities such as invoicing, requesting payments, issuing redemptions reports, and refunding corporate customers.
- Track corporate orders from online order forms and validate information is accurate with corporate clients.
- Prepare and review click and deliver services to make sure delivery information is accurate before sending to printing company for delivery.
- Collaborate across groups including product, marketing, platforms, channels, and technology teams to ensure alignment of QR Gift is successful and timely execution/ implementation.
- Admin support for digital gifting project
Requirements
- Working exp. 6 yrs. in business role
- Banking /finance or fintech experience required
- Individual manage internal & external partners
- Running of campaigns crucial
- How to run & track marketing campaign
- Relevant posters for campaign
- Knowledge in technology implementation
- Discussion with Technology team to implement new ideas
- Data analysis
- Operational administration
