Key Job Responsibilities
- Providing one-stop service to passengers, including baggage wrapping and helping with travel documents
- Promoting and selling of products such as SIM cards, Transport cards, WiFi routers and Attraction vouchers
- Ensure accurate stock inventory and arrange for replenishment as and when required
- To engage in booking/reservation on transport
- Ensure accurate stock inventory and arrange for replenishment as and when required.
- To engage in Meet and Greet services, if required.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Working location: Changi Airport (Changi Recommends counters)
- Working hours: Rotating shifts (9 to 12 hours shifts including breaks, example: 7am to 7pm / 10pm to 8am / etc)
- Working days per week: Average 4 to 5 days (including weekends & Public Holidays)
- Min. N level or equivalent with relevant experience in Retail industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer-oriented and self-driven
