Marketing :
- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
- Be available as a resource for business development professionals who need assistance with completing large projects
- monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Communicate to rest of sales and marketing team about new innovations and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.
- Work with the in-house and/or external designer to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines. a) Marketing presentation kit, b) Brochure, shade card, c) Hangtag d) Advertising and Website, e) Powerpoint presentation.
Design :
- Support the marketing department with print and designs that incorporate and showcase the product’s unique selling features
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure that designs meet client’s and corporate standards
- Ensure that all designs comply with Intellectual Property Laws and the relevant national/international legislations
- Monitor the timeline of the project and conceptualise, design and implement the design project on time and within budget
Sales :
- Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
- Update customer records in the company database as required
- Collaborate with the sales support staff to monitor active sales orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Prepare quotations to customers
- Raise sample request to Sales Support & Services Department
- Ensure that the samples to customers are completed within the period of time provided
