Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (Operations) to oversee the operations and maintenance of our newly constructed Padel court facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of our sports club. You will play a key role in managing facilities, coordinating activities, and optimizing processes to enhance the overall member and guest experience. You are a dynamic leader with a passion for sports and fitness, along with strong organizational and managerial skills.


Typical Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise all operational activities within the Padel court facilities, including equipment upkeep and maintenance, and event coordination.

2. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources and scheduling of front office staff to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.

3. Train and manage a team of staff members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

4. Handle customer inquiries requests in a professional and timely manner.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer information, payments, tally of daily receipts and other relevant data.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance front office operations and customer service.

7. Maintain inventory records, track usage, and reorder supplies as necessary to meet operational needs.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and management, to align operational activities with organizational goals and objectives.

9. Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the member and guest experience, including customer service initiatives, special events, and promotional activities.


Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or related field


Required Skills and Experience

- Experience in front office management or customer service leadership role, preferably in sports or fitness setting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
