- Develop new business partnership/opportunities and plans specific sales approaches
- Pro-actively explore business opportunities and expand market share
- Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
- Introduction of new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
- Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
- Negotiate agreements to generate win-win scenarios that ensure a long-term customer relationship
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure that the company’s products are meeting
- their requirements where possible. Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the
- application of company products and services to customer
- Manage customer issues (inquiries, feedback, complaints, etc.)
- Develop solutions to problems within budgetary constraints.
- Work closely with internal teams and conduct products training to customers
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Business Administration, Specialized in Sales & Marketing
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Sales & marketing especially in the field of marketing (product, category, and/or brand) Nutrition/FMCG/Pharmaceutical healthcare preferred
- Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
