- Sort and answer Manager queries efficiently
- Prepare and send employee letters/documents
- Assist in employee-relations meetings and hearings
- Explain policies effectively to Managers
- Research legal requirements when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource/Business with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior regional working experience will be an advantage.
