Role
- Lead and conduct risks assessments relevant to business and provide regular risk reporting and deep dives on relevant risk changes at the committee's and board
- Responsible for formulating and executing risk management strategies to ensure compliance and security, establishing and maintaining risk control systems, including monitoring trading activities, implementing KYC and AML processes, etc.,
- Responsible for company inbound and outbound gold supervision and docking, compliance inspection, data reporting, anti-money laundering, business compliance guidance and other related work, and assist the Group to complete the KYC system integration of company operation subjects in various countries
- Responsible for conducting comprehensive credit examination for customers applying for loans
- Collaborate with commercial teams (Product, Engineering, Trading, Sales, Business Development) to gather customer information and analyze customer risk profiles
- Review financial statements and perform credit underwriting for accurate risk scoring
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive knowledge of market, credit, liquidity, operational, governance, information security, enterprise risks
- Experience in contributing to various risk control initiatives and projects, e.g. launch of new market risk infrastructure system
- In depth understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis skill
- Articulation of main risks and risk opinion to management
- Candidates must have experience in Private institution KYC
- AML regulations and environment, and practical experience in the industry a plus
