Working Hour: Mon-fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9:00am to 3:00pm (x1-2times based on duty roster with duty allowance $150)
Job Description:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails, phone calls and live chat.
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
- Promote Web Ordering System to customers
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable to work on Saturday, 9am-3pm (1-2times per month according to roster, allowance will be provided).
- Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Other information:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm (x1-2 times based on duty roster)
- Duty Allowance Amount - $150 for working on Saturday and $200 for PH on weekday. If PH falls on Saturday, duty allowance remains at $150 and will be compensated with 1 day of PH-In-Lieu
- KPI – For example, an average of 25 mins for order processing and 7 mins for order processing. Hence, the candidate need to be comfortable working in such an environment.
- OT – Depends very much on the volume as CS will need to clear all orders/enquiries received before cut-off at 5pm. For now, OT is minimal but when the volume is high, OT can be around 1-2 hrs per day.
