Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of retail display and VM launch toolkits for key new product / campaign launches. Coordinate between brand and retail teams to ensure smooth execution of VM installations.
- Work closely with brand and retail teams to manage business needs relating to VM strategies.
- Develop in-store planograms and ensure consistent execution and maintenance across the various retail banners.
- Design and oversee the production of window and in store displays, signage, floor plan to create appealing and eye-catching layout to boost customer’s shopping experience.
- Assist in stores and events set up and tear down.
- Responsible for and maintain inventory kept in warehouse for all retail fixtures, props and its accessories.
- Manage VM budget & expenses according to the allocated budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Visual Merchandising / Fashion Merchandising / Visual Communications or its equivalent.
- At least 4 years of visual merchandising experience in a Retail industry.
- Proficient in Adobe design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc…).
- Solid experience in the field of visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilisation.
- Able to work during non-operating hours when required.
