Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring proper organization and coordination.
- Plan, recruit, and train project engineers, designers, and drafters as needed.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.
- Assign qualified project personnel to each project and ensure compliance with project quality plans.
- Manage project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Approve purchase requisitions and invoices promptly for timely procurement and payment.
- Control project costs and cash flow to maintain profitability.
- Obtain approval for additional project works through Variation Order Requests.
- Ensure project objectives, such as on-time delivery and cost control, are achieved.
- Report challenges to the Managing Director and seek timely resolution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with the project team.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in various software such as MS Office, MS Projects/Primavera
- Min 5 years of working experiences in related field
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
