Employment Hero's Global Teams is a new Employer of Record (EOR) solution designed to democratise the talent landscape and help SMEs sustainably scale and compete on a global stage. We give local SMEs access to talent pools across most countries without having to establish a foreign legal entity, processing payroll, dealing with paperwork or leave management. Main Responsibilities:
• HR Subject Matter Expert : Providing HR leadership, mentoring and guidance to a remote team, supporting hundreds of employees and several dozens of clients globally.
• Partnering : Responsible for partnering with colleagues and clients to address specific HR needs, inquiries and issues in the areas of employee engagement and relations, performance management, compensation, recruitment, policies and procedures, employee benefits, employment law compliance and termination.
• Delivery : Supporting the delivery activities to ensure the successful delivery of Global Team’s service. This includes but is not limited to sales enablement, customer success, client and employee onboarding, partner management and service delivery escalations.
• Projects/Initiatives to develop Global Teams services and continuously improve its delivery.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HR
- Regional or Global experience
- Legal background and knowledge of employment law across several countries is a must
- Experience in business partnering and/or consulting is a requirement
- Degree in HR, Business or Law
