YOUR ROLE
You will play Active role in Asia Pacific (except China) Region Business management team to
- Drive change management and operations in the region for Customer Demand business process.
- Support operational excellence of Sales & Marketing teams in the Region through Deep Understanding, Collaborative and Innovative approach.
JOB DECRIPTION
- Facilitate Change management in the region related to Corporate/Local initiatives in the domain of Sales & Marketing and represent the region Effectively in global process-design workgroups (for the process under responsibility).
- Responsible for maintaining consistency between steps of the complete cycle from Customer-Demand-Forecast to Revenue Targets considering various steps of Supply-Chain.
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders as Sales and Marketing Teams, Demand Planning, Supply-Chain, Information Technology or other related ST verticals.
- Ensure smooth business process operations & efficient work practices in Customer service, Sales and Marketing operations.
PROFILE
- Degree in Business management / Information Systems with at least 8 years’ working experience in multi-cultural environment.
- Proven record of deep understanding and analyzing complex business processes and associated analytics.
- Effective Communication and Negotiation skills with flexibility to travel in the region.
- Past experience preferred in forecasting, or a planning role with a particular emphasis on demand, inventory planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Business understanding of market and customer landscape for automotive/or industrial /or distribution channels in a semiconductor company.
- Exposure / experience in one of Customer Demand-Forecasting / Supply-Chain / Integrated-Business-Planning processes will be an added advantage.
