- Handle systems relating to shopper management and rewards programs.
- Provide assistance and general information to shoppers at the Concierge Desk.
- Handle the administrative and clerical work relating to the events and promotions at the mall.
- Handle mall redemption programs such as vouchers, premiums, and parking
- Assist in customer loyalty programs.
- Assist in collating tenants’ gift voucher reimbursement.
- To assist Marcom Manager/ Snr Marcom Executive to manage Customer Service Assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the Concierge Desk.
- This includes efficient allocation of tasks among officers, conflict resolution etc.
- Prepare monthly duty roster and ensure efficient allocation of manpower.
- Coach and mentor other Customer Service Officers in their tasks.
