Job Description:
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Issue and track Admin-related Purchase Orders.
- Distribute uniforms and accessories to new hires, updating inventory records annually.
- Coordinate with Finance and suppliers for invoice payments
- Verify business expense claims and manage leave records.
- Maintain employee files and HR documents.
- Prepare HR headcount reports for submission.
- Screen job applications, schedule interviews, and conduct background reference checks.
- Assist in coordinating new hires' onboarding and conduct orientation.
- Handle training administration, including course registration.
- Maintain up-to-date training database, records, and documentation for tracking and reporting.
- Monitor licensing course renewals and manage accruals for year-end closing of training invoices.
- Liaise with Finance and trainers for invoice payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration experience
- Ability to work independently and cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, reliable,meticulous, pro-active with goodfollow-up skills.ยท Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and commits to deadlines forassigned tasks
