Job Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to maximize sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, and customer satisfaction is a top priority.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and minimizing stock losses.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for existing staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or 1 year in a managerial role
- Must be able to work shift hours
- Supplier merchandising experience is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
