Responsibilities
- Attend onboard for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification duties.
- Manage field activities, scheduling, and oversee repairs and technical improvements.
- Install new systems and technology, ensuring proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
- Supervise onsite technicians/engineers, providing technical support and training as necessary.
- Prepare service reports detailing job progress, working/traveling time, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members, gather customer feedback, and review maintenance lists for sales support.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of Marine Service Engineer experience.
- Must be available to work on short notice, including weekends, holidays, and travel overseas as needed.
- Essential hands-on experience with thruster or electrical marine engine control systems.
