We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant who has the desire to grow in our Finance Team. This position is vital to uphold the teams’ organisational purpose - to provide management with accurate and timely information.
Responsibilities:
- Post/Print/Distribution of wholesale invoices.
- Checking and Verifying day-to-day retail transactions.
- Submission of redeemed Mall Vouchers.
- Carry out regular monthly and YE shop inventory audits on retail shops
- Perform any day-to-day ad-hoc general accounting duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Must possess a Professional Certificate/Nitec, or Diploma in a related discipline.
- Candidates without any experience are welcome
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications
- Must have a positive attitude, be meticulous, responsible and a good team player
- Some practical experience in working with Accounts / Bookkeeping is an advantage
