The Product Executive is primarily responsible for the marketing and sales of landscape products such as fertilizers and chemicals. The job holder is required to maintain relationships with customers by providing service support, information, quotations and recommendations of products.
CORE ROLES AND CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS
- Network to get sales leads (eg build relationships with building industry players and professionals), engage the prospects, understand their needs, recommend solutions and convert them to sales (covering landscape products such as fertilizers and chemicals)
- Promote and merchandise products through running retail campaigns and supporting in-store promotions and roadshows.
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing service support, information, quotations and recommendations of products.
- Monitor,collate and analyse competitors’ activities, business models, sales, promotion schemes and market share developments.
- Involve in inventory forecasting, ordering and sales analysis.
- Conduct talks, workshops and training as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Agriculture/Botany/Horticulture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
