Responsibilities:
- Formulating budgets, quotes, and cost estimates for building projects.
- Examining and settling agreements with vendors and contractors.
- Executing feasibility studies to assess the practicality of projects.
- Giving clients advice on ways to minimize costs.
- Creating tender documentation and assessing bids
- Assure that corporate policies and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, construction or it's equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience
- Previous experience in commercial renovation project is an added advantage
- Able to work in a team
