Job Purpose:
To support and coordinate the Project team from SLH under New Product Introduction team for change legal entity. Dedicated resource to fully focus on project deliverables and reporting/communication specifically for project Diamond SKUs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Affiliates, Project Diamond and SLH team ensuring clear understanding of multiple teams' roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee day to day team activities, ensuring deadlines requirements are met for affiliates.
- Work closely with affiliates and SLH operations team for priority setting and special requests.
- Single point of contact to ensure adequate communication with various stakeholders in the Project Diamond
- Monitoring weekly triggers from Adobe on License approval
- Verify the RAG data is exact after getting the confirmation from Regulatory
- Preparing SKU-Label template cross reference
- Uploading the data in Loftware and routing for approval and follow ups.
- Adobe signs off on completed actions.
- Closure of change control on monthly basis
- Ensure each request is closed within a cycle time of 5 days.
- Ensure correct documentation as Quality perspective and audit purposes.
- Work independently, knows the right priorities, and escalate if needed.
- Align with Quality and Regulatory teams on distribution issues and support.
- If required process improvements, inform the required teams for better service to affiliates.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering / Business Administration (Industrial / Mechanical / /Operations) with minimum 1 year of Management/Supply Chain/Logistics experience
- Experience in Project management / Warehouse Operation / Value added services operations.
Technical skills:
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and cross-functional linkages
- Quality orientation on Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/FMCG labelling process flow
- Customer (internal and external) driven approach.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Labelling / Packaging in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical /FMCG industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Microsoft PowerPoint and Loftware
- Vendor & Affiliate management
