Office Assistant
Responsibilities
You are responsible for setting up and tidying up the Chamber’s 3 meeting rooms for Board meetings, Interest Group meetings and Events so that the meeting rooms are always presentable.
You will manage a pantry and the inventory of crockery and cutlery and maintain its cleanliness.
You will also run errands and empty the post box each day.
You will assist at the Certification counter in collecting and releasing documents, stamping, sorting and printing documents.
You will perform any other duties as may be assigned by your reporting manager and the Chief Executive.

You are someone either from a large organization with a suite of meeting rooms or from the hospitality industry.
You are someone who is house proud and has high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
You are someone who knows how to communicate respectfully and provide polite, efficient and anticipatory service.
You are someone who is physically fit and able to move furniture most of which is mobile (that is, on wheels).
