Job Scope:
- Execute daily billing tasks
- Verify invoice accuracy
- Timely dispatch of E-invoices to clients and international agents
- Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding recovery issues
- Compile monthly reports
- Track shipments awaiting Routine Order advice
- Address inquiries, complaints, and requests from internal departments, colleagues, clients, and overseas agents
- Participate in monthly import meetings
- Engage in project initiatives and process enhancements
- Support Manager/Supervisor in implementing operational protocols and standards
