Your Role
We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to assist in full spectrum of HR functions.
What Will You Do
- To perform full spectrum of HR functions.
- To assist in recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
- To develop, implement, review and update HR policies and procedures.
- To prepare performance management and appraisal.
- To design compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
- To support on HR departmental projects.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
What Do We Want
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
- At least 5 years of working experience in construction and manufacturing industries.
- Well versed in Singapore Employment Act.
- Have corporate experience as a HR Manager.
- Having IHRP certified will be added advantage.
- Familiar with Whyze HR software will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
