Job Scope:
- Execute daily billing tasks.
- Verify invoice accuracy.
- Timely dispatch of E-invoices to clients and international agents.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding recovery issues.
- Compile monthly reports.
- Track shipments awaiting Routine Order advice.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and requests from internal departments, colleagues, clients, and overseas agents.
- Participate in monthly import meetings.
- Engage in project initiatives and process enhancements.
- Support Manager/Supervisor in implementing operational protocols and standards.
