- Define the vison for the Malaysia team and help grow the tech practice in the business unit.
- Continue to grow the business unit revenue by securing and negotiating new business and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor the team including appraisals, performance reviews and trainings.
- Ensure all client work and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to develop, implement and analyse the company’s strategic growth plans.
- Take steps to improve bottom line, identify savings and opportunities for new revenue generation.
