Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the Chemical industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Human Resource Executive to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Human Resource Executive:
- Manage monthly payroll, claims, and timesheet processing, including government claims.
- Collaborate on general office tasks with the team.
- Work closely with departments to understand job requirements and lead recruitment processes.
- Actively source talents from various channels and higher tertiary institutions.
- Support brand awareness and create recruitment materials with the Marketing Department.
- Implement HR analytics for reviewing recruitment and retention effectiveness.
- Handle onboarding and off-boarding processes, including document preparation and exit interviews.
- Identify competency gaps and propose training programs.
- Maintain staff training records and assist with training administration.
- Contribute to the Staff Welfare Committee and organize corporate events.
- Support ESG social initiatives for community engagement.
- Manage employee and property insurance renewals and claims.
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee databases and personnel files.
Requirements:
- Diploma in relkated field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in doing Payroll
