Description
- Network ops support and maintenance of network infrastructure, including support for relevant systems, data updates, reporting and user authorisation management
- Support special infrastructure related projects in the region
- Responsible for the product backlog, determines the sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritisation by business value and/or customer benefit
- Ensure stable operations as per the service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and the regulatory requirements, e.g. in connection with the backlog; organises and is responsible for a meaningful assessment of the user stories
- Communicates and is responsible for customer and stakeholder management at various levels both locally and globally
- Network portion consists of Cisco switches and routers/ F5 load balancers/ Fortinet firewalls/ Bluecoat proxies/ IPS.
- Knowledge of good security practices and processes
- Largely operational and implementation focus with opportunities for design work in conjunction with a central team.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in IT with 1-2 years of relevant Network experience
- Cisco experience is a must
