Operations Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee daily operations of the rental car facility, including vehicle inventory management to ensure availability meets demand.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Rectify issues during rental period
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition, scheduling repairs and routine maintenance as necessary.
  • Manage financial aspects of the rental car office, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish partnerships with insurance companies, corporate clients, and travel agencies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Handle customer complaints and disputes, resolving issues in a manner that maintains positive customer relations and upholds the company’s reputation.
  • Balance and upkeep the fleet

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of O level or equivalent
  • Driving experience of at least 2 years
  • 2 years work related experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Working days and hours: 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm (OT claimable)
  • Flexi work can be arragnement
  • Vehicle service is provided
  • Basic plus commissions
