Job Description
- Check and record all draught equipment & accessories returned from market, segregating in different type of equipment.
- Service and clean all necessary draught equipment & accessories.
- Store all necessary draught equipment & accessories in accordance to 5S standards.
- Manually updating of issued and returned of draught equipment & accessories in the audit/stock cards.
- Updating of issued & returned draught catering equipment & CO2 cylinders in MS Excel and record book.
- Check and test for leak (Beer line/coil, connections, CO2 regulator/line) after PIBs are cleaned.
- Check & test catering draught equipment CO2 regulator pressure of 46 psi, seal the beer inlet shank and beer tap. Wrap all necessary equipment (CO2 regulator, dispense head and lines) needed in plastic bag and ready for issue.
- To assist workshop 1 (organizing draught equipment) as and when required.
- Ensure all returned draught coolers & accessories are cleaned.
- Record all usage of chemical, P3 Ansep and Propylene Glycol volume issued to individual contractor/technician.
- Ensure good housekeeping, 5S standards in workshop 2 before leaving.
Job Requirements
- Basic PC Application knowledge; MS Words/Excel
- Certificate/Industrial Training in Mechanical / Electrical skills
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Helpful and willing to learn
- Annual leave blackout period: mid-August to September every year
