Job Desription
- Receiving and logging Hospital Occurrence Reports.
- Reviewing and analyzing occurrences and raising alert to Management for adverse events.
- Preparing summary and annual reports of Hospital Occurence.
- Preparing presentation slides for Quality Assurance Committees.
- Assisting in investigation and coordination of feedback relating to clinical issues.
- Identification of medical mal-practice cases and reporting to Insurers.
- Co-ordinates meetings and provide administrative support as directed.
Job Requirment
- Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing
- Experience: 3 - 5 years working experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
