Your Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive to assist in daily operational duties of office and warehouse.
What Will You Do
- To handle import and export permit, airwaybills, bill of lading and other operational duties.
- To coordinate between office and warehouse for daily operations.
- To make sure the cargo is in good condition in warehouse.
- To maintain proper documentation and filing records.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
What Do We Want
- At least a GCE 'O' or ‘N' level.
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work late if required.
- Training will be provided.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
