Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained and exceeded.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in the replenishment process.
- Set sales targets and goals for the team, monitoring performance against these targets.

Job Requirements
- Minimum O-Levels
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in retail industry
- Must be able to work shift hours
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong customer and quality focus.
