Job Description
· Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
· Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
· Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
· Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
· Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
· Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
· Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
· Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
· Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager
Job Requirements
Knowledge of precision machining machineries, equipment and facilities
Knowledge of repair and maintenance on machineries and equipment
Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
5 years experience in machine repair and maintenance
