- Focusing on performance, including resource allocation, strategic pivots, and advising on execution methods.
- Managing marketing metrics and spend across the business, and aligning team expectations with targets, initiatives, and outcomes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with agency partners to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Listening and responding to customer feedback, using data to craft brand and product messaging across various channels.
- Leading with a proven track record of setting a growth-focused vision and implementing impactful marketing initiatives.
- Growing brand visibility and recognition globally.
- Demonstrating expertise in performance marketing.
- Having experience with startups or high-growth products.
- Being proficient in CMS, Google Analytics, and relevant metrics for data-driven decision-making and storytelling.
- Collaborating with the events marketing team to create a unique events strategy tailored to the APAC region, aligning with sales and customer success growth goals.
- Partnering with the Public Relations team to drive brand awareness through cohesive event campaigns.
- Working with the marketing team to develop globally integrated campaigns, including paid search, social media, content syndication, events, and email campaigns.
- Managing sales expenses and budgets effectively.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Fintech industry.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on EU markets.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEM, SEO, Social Media, Ecommerce, CRO, and PPC.
- Experience in budget and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to set the pace and foster a culture of growth within the business.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous for communicating with Mandarin-speaking associates.
