Your Role
We are looking for an Operations Engineer to optimize operational processes and ensure the efficient functioning of equipment and systems, maintain a safe and productive working environment.
What Will You Do
- To monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
- To troubleshoot equipment and system issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- To develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
- To conduct root cause analysis for operational failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- To develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- To train operations staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- To monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- To prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
What Do We Want
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Operations Engineering or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiar with the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license will be preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
