A New York Stock Exchange listed global bank is looking for a SVP/ED, Technology Operation (APAC) to join their team. This will be an expansion role as they seek to grow the team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the incident management process.
- Define and meet Service Level Agreements for system availability while aligning with business requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to identify issues to monitoring systems.
- Establish clear escalation procedures for critical incidents while ensuring quick resolution methodology.
What You Should Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related disciplines.
- At least 12-15 years of experiences in IT Service Management or a similar capacity.
- Experiences from a bank is a must.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow is a must.
- Proficient in Japanese language is required due to the need to communicate with stakeholders from within.
