Responsibilities
- Formulate project’s requirements into Hardware Functional Design Specification
- Standardize all panel designs (i.e. general arrangement, electrical distribution, component standardization)
- Manage & supervise panel assembly & wiring
- Stage systems for FAT as per project system architecture including hardware simulator hook-up
- Support project team during hardware FAT
- Support hardware modification of panel at site
- Develop, upgrade and maintain automation tools in hardware design team
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic/Mechanical or equivalent
- Diploma holders with relevant experiences in a similar capacity are also welcome
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience
- Possess good understanding with P&ID & process flow drawings
- Familiar with electrical/control & instrumentation panels design, electrical distribution and layout
- Familiar with local and international codes and standards
- A good team player and able to work well under pressure
