Responsibilities:
- Finance and Accounting functions;
- Handle daily full spectrum of accounts;
- Responsible for monthly regional accounts closing;
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies;
- Prepare annual financial statements and review regional tax filings;
- Assist in regional tax compliance;
- Reports to Accountant and Regional Finance Manager;
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to external audit, tax submissions, statutory filings and bank related matters; and
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Preferred Applicants with minimum 1 to 2 years full set account closing experience.
- ERP system (NetSuite) knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Has positive attitudes and able to work independently in a team.
- Has good attention to details, able to manage time and meet deadlines.
