Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve the sales targets for Rolls-Royce Solutions PowerGen business unit in the data center industry in APAC, leading and preparing quotations for emergency backup solutions
- Execute on defined growth measures, country strategies, key deals, life cycle analysis with specific to grow DC market share of Rolls-Royce.
- Support network management, sales engineering, order management, controlling, R&D by providing necessary information
- Prepare respectively market strategic decisions to grow the business in the associated countries within the framework of the responsibility in close cooperation with the necessary internal and external partners
- Provide the specification / requirements to the application team / member for application engineering matters; use the computerized engineering tools/database and technical library information and factory standards for the sales work.
- Follow up on order with customer and internal departments, suppliers and contractors till all contractual requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
- University / college studies in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering
- Sales experience (min. 5 years) in the data center industry or for emergency power generation business.
- Strong sales track record from lead to quote to order to completed project & installations
- Knowledge in Data Center infrastructure market (ASEAN Countries) & technicalities
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and team management
- Independent, reliable and proactive personality
