Job Description
- Create a warm and positive experience for the hotel guests by attending to their needs and requests
- Generate daily reports to reconcile between guests’ bookings with reservation correspondences and alert the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies
- Co-ordinate guest room status updates with Housekeeping team by informing the Housekeeping Supervisor on duty on any requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special requests or VIP pre-assigned rooms
- Handle lost and found property and items in accordance with the Hotel’s procedures
- Verify the accuracy of cash float before commencement and completion of every shift
- Assist in all official events and functions of the Centre
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with good spoken English
- No prior experience is required, training will be provided
- Well-groomed and service-oriented with a passion to serve
- Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Candidates with more experiences may be considered for Senior role.
