Job Description

  • Create a warm and positive experience for the hotel guests by attending to their needs and requests
  • Generate daily reports to reconcile between guests’ bookings with reservation correspondences and alert the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies
  • Co-ordinate guest room status updates with Housekeeping team by informing the Housekeeping Supervisor on duty on any requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special requests or VIP pre-assigned rooms
  • Handle lost and found property and items in accordance with the Hotel’s procedures
  • Verify the accuracy of cash float before commencement and completion of every shift
  • Assist in all official events and functions of the Centre

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with good spoken English
  • No prior experience is required, training will be provided
  • Well-groomed and service-oriented with a passion to serve
  • Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with more experiences may be considered for Senior role.
