The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a US FMCG client and they are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team! Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Operations, the successful candidate will handle market analysis, planning, and development of 2 business categories in Singapore and Hong Kong.

- Work location: Walkable distance from Tai Seng MRT Station
- Work hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- FMCG industry
- Salary base up to $6,000 / month + AWS + VB (depending on experience)
The Job:
- Analyze data from diverse sources to detect trends, patterns, and insights about sales, market share, consumer behavior, and other pertinent metrics
- Oversee market research efforts to monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making by using SWOT analysis
- Develop and implement regional expansion strategies to fulfill both short and long-term business goals
- Support the planning and execution of new market ventures. Assess and pursue business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Coordinate across departments to enhance operational efficiency
- Generate reports on market data, competitors' analyses, and consumer trends, informing operational strategies
- Contribute to monthly reporting materials and presentations
- Monitor and report on financial and sales performance
- Provide administrative assistance for corporate planning and regulatory tasks
The Talent:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity within FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
