About the Job
Cyberlite is looking for a creative Learning and Innovation Manager with a background in education or curriculum development to join our team on a 6-month contract. You will play a pivotal role in developing our educational content in online safety, particularly cyber safety, generative AI, and digital wellbeing, delivered through various modalities. You will be working remotely most of the time, with the opportunity to attend team meetings and bond with the co-founders in Singapore (if you are based here!).
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop robust online safety curricula and syllabi for different audience segments, including K12 students, teachers, and adult learners.
- Apply design thinking and learning experience design principles to create content for education, such as lesson plans, teacher guides, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Developing design recommendations to help us improve our learning activities.
- Use creative storytelling methods to develop innovative content experiences
- Develop workshops tailored for different learning needs and modalities, including face to face, hybrid, or online learning environments.
- Research current affairs as it relates to cyber safety, trending topics, and new research papers in the field to inform the development of new content.
- Support the team in innovating educational tools, such as gamification, e-learning, toolkits, etc.
- Support the team in creative writing tasks for bespoke projects.
- Apply graphic design skills to enhance the visual appeal of PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, and other educational materials.
Qualification
- Experienced in education, learning and development, content production, or similar roles in learning and development.
- Background in education or teaching, with a keen understanding of educational methodologies, curriculum development, and delivery modalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
- Experience in graphic design and e-learning (LMS) module creation is preferred.
