· Position: HR Executive
· Location: Benoi
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.45pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent
· Industry: E-waste recycling partner for sustainable technology lifecycle services - MNC
Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing labour cost
· Works closely with Departments to understand competencies required for job openings to meet growing recruitment needs and manages recruitment process
· Proactively source for talents from all channels including going to higher tertiary institutions for outreach programs
· Create brand awareness and works with Marketing Department to create recruitment collaterals and materials
· Assists in developing and implementing HR analytics in reviewing effectiveness of recruitment and retention initiatives
· Perform on-boarding (for example prepare employment related documents) and off-boarding processes (exit interviews, work pass cancellations etc)
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
· Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent
· At least 3 years of relevant experience
· Positive and able to work under fast-paced environment
· Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
