Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring efficient operation and upkeep of all facilities in the outlets, HQ, Central/Processing Kitchen
- Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC system, plumbing tasks and other F&B related machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct periodic inspections at all outlets and Central/Processing kitchens to identify and address any potential issues or safety concerns promptly
- Respond and resolve maintenance according to company requirements
- Ensure rectification are done with minimal disruption to business operations
- Attending to all maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate maintenance status and issues effectively to Project Manager
- Assist with any submission / application to the relevant authorities and landlords
- Co ordination with approved vendor and obtain costing for Project Manager approvals
- Assisting on checking and validate the costing submitted by vendors/contractors before proposing to the Project Manager for approvals
- Any other duties assigned by Project Manager
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication purposes
- Pro-active, a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work at night (after mall closure) when called upon
- Able to standby during weekends and Public Holidays and non-working hours
- Preferably with Class 2 or Class 3 license
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
