Building works
· Must be able to read technical/architectural drawings and diagrams
· Diagnose building problems and come up with solutions to repair them
· Wet work - replace tile, patching work, repair seepages
· Carpentry work - repair, rehung door repair/replace lockset, Replace door/window accessories
· Installation of partition/ceiling, repainting.
· Floor finishes – carpet, vinyl and timber work.
· Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment
Plumbing & Sanitary works
· Repair leakage
· Replace sanitary parts
· Perform maintenance and provide customer support
· Part ordering for repairs as needed
· Write up reports on completed services
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment.
· Possess at least ITE / NITEC/ NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management/ Engineering/ Building or relevant qualifications.
· Able to commence within a short notice will be added advantage.
