Job Description:
- Perform quality control inspections on materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Conduct testing and analysis of products
- Disassemble product parts for inspection individually
- Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications
- Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards
- Document and report findings, including any non-conformities or deviations from standards, to management, and put forward corrective suggestions.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and quality issues, and work with other departments to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities
