About the job
- Part of the operations department, supervising the credit control functions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operations and providing high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external parties.
- Optimizing resource allocation for efficiency.
- Formulating credit control strategies.
- Assessing team performance and providing mentorship.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments and supporting projects.
Skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of credit control experience with some leadership experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
