Admin cum Receptionist (Insurance, 1 Year Contract, 3-3.5K) (ID: 601620)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Carry out receptionist duties and attend to guests
  • Liaising and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Requisite, control and maintain good utilization of office stationery and pantry supplies
  • Manage local/overseas couriers, incoming and outgoing mails
  • Maintain good working relationship with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Upkeep of reception desk, meeting rooms, pantry and printing areas to ensure cleanliness for usage by staff
  • Perform HR tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
